Phạm Dương Kim Ngân

Phạm Dương Kim Ngân is a Bachelor of Law graduate from the Advanced Program at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law specializing in Commercial – Civil – International Law. During her study at the university, Kim Ngân actively participated in various activities to enhance not only her expertise but also her skill set and achieved several accomplishments such as Top 8 of Vietnam Moot Court 2020, Top 8 of Moot Tryout Competition 2021 and 2022, Top 4 of ICA Moot Competition 2021, and was co-author of “Regulations to protect employees in the context of SARS-COV-2” article, posted on Student’s Jurisprudence Magazine (43/2022) of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of HCMC University of Law.

Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Kim Ngân had the opportunity to intern at the District 11 People’s Court, where she dealt with cases related to marriage and family, civil matters, commercial affairs, and gained valuable experience in the field of litigation. Subsequently, Kim Ngân joined Phuoc & Partners as a Legal Intern in March 2023 and officially became a Paralegal at Phuoc & Partners in September 2023.
