Pham Duong Kim Ngan

Pham Duong Kim Ngan is a young, dynamic law graduate with many aspirations and dreams of contributing to the development of the legal profession. During her study in the university, Ngan actively participated in numerous academic competitions and socio-cultural events organised by the university.

Ngan joined Phuoc & Partners in 2023.

Ngan oversees the practice areas of labour, corporate, and contracts. Ngan has been involved in providing various legal services to clients such as such as:

• Advising on internal issues of enterprises such as employment contract, internal labour regulations, democracy regulations, dialogue, restructuring to ensure legal compliance;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect the client’s interests;
• Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (labour, corporate, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and resolve issues for the clients;
