Nhi has been involved in providing various legal services to clients such as:

• Advising, drafting, and reviewing legal documents on compliance with personal data protection laws;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing legal documents concerning labour issues to ensure legal compliance and resolve legal issues of clients;
• Providing legal advice and supporting Clients in conducting the procedures for establishment and closure of companies, branches and representative offices;
• Reviewing and revising internal regulations such as labor regulations, collective labor agreements, and democracy regulations;
• Applying for work permits, temporary residence cards, and visas for foreign employees to work in Vietnam and advising on matters related to the implementation of employment contracts of foreign employees in Vietnam.
