Expertise

Van is mainly in charge of administrative work, human resources and supporting the accounting department, such as

• Carrying out internal reports and annual labour reports according to the provisions of law;
• Reporting on personnel changes, storing and organising personnel change records;
• Planning and coordinating with other personnel in the Firm to organize seminars, conferences and other events in which the Firm is a participant as a sponsor or organiser, participant…;
• Checking, urging and reminding other personnel in the Firm about schedules, submissions, and sending articles to email marketing;
• Consulting and managing publications;
• Contributing and giving opinions to improve the Firm’s processes, procedures and policies;
• Supporting the accounting department in planning, storing accounting documents, tax declaration, lour contracts, social insurance…

Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Van worked for many enterprises in many different positions. Van used to be

• Store manager at Diamond World Company;
• Accounting & Human Resources Recruitment Specialist at Saigon Mechanical and Electrical Construction Company Limited.
