Thao Vy mainly handles tasks related to labour and employment law. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to apply her skills and assist clients in various areas, including: 

• Assisting and participating in resolving labour disputes and other legal disputes, protecting clients’ rights in legal matters; 

• Advising, drafting, and reviewing labour documents such as democratic regulations, labour rules, performance evaluation regulations, termination of employment contracts, etc.
