The management body at Phuoc & Partners has implemented several initiatives to promote opportunities for women within our firm.

Development and Leadership
The training programs at Phuoc & Partners focus on helping young lawyers develop the skills necessary to achieve the best possible results at work. Our programs include regular discussions and training sessions on communication, management, leadership, and business development, specifically designed for women.

Community support
Phuoc & Partners provides pro bono legal services for women who cannot afford to hire a lawyer. We represent women in family violence cases and labour disputes, and assist them in filing lawsuits, as well as perform associated tasks at the local Bar Association.
We encourage all firm members to participate in community projects. Many of our lawyers have devoted a significant amount of their time, effort, and, in some cases, financial resources to ensure that all the benefits of life are also extended to women.
