Phuoc & Partners was incorporated on 1 March 2003. The founder is Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc, a veteran legal practitioner with more than 25 years of experience. The firm has a strong team of lawyers and legal professionals, including law graduates and master's degree holders from both domestic and foreign prestigious law schools.
The firm has offices in three of Vietnam’s largest cities, with its head office located in Ho Chi Minh City and branches in Hanoi and Danang cities. Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc now serves as the Director cum Managing Partner of Phuoc & Partners.
Phuoc & Partners offers a comprehensive range of legal services encompassing 19 different practices, of which five areas are leading the market: Labour & Employment, Tax, Litigation, Legal Training, and Legal Publication. As a testament to the quality of its services, the firm has received several awards and accolades over the years.
In 2012 and 2013, Phuoc & Partners was recognised as one of the top dispute resolution firms in Vietnam by Acquisition International. The firm also received a certificate of merit for its “Achievements in Legal Practice” during those years from VBF, as well as the Medal and Merit certificate from the Tax Department of District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for its outstanding performance in fulfilling tax obligations.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc has also earned personal recognition for his contributions to the legal profession. The Tax Directors Handbook listed him as one of the two leading tax lawyers in Vietnam during the period from 2011-2014, while he was also ranked among the top 100 most well-known lawyers in Vietnam.
