Trang has much experience in investment, corporate, contract and licence. Trang has been involved in providing various legal services to clients, such as:

• Advising on issues related to investment activities to ensure legal compliance of the foreign investors in Vietnam;
• Advising on issues related to licences to ensure that clients’ conditional business activities comply with the law;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests.
