Expertise
Van is mainly in charge of administrative work, human resources and supporting the accounting department, such as
- Carrying out internal reports and annual labour reports according to the provisions of law;
- Reporting on personnel changes, storing and organising personnel change records;
- Planning and coordinating with other personnel in the Firm to organize seminars, conferences and other events in which the Firm is a participant as a sponsor or organiser, participant…;
- Checking, urging and reminding other personnel in the Firm about schedules, submissions, and sending articles to email marketing;
- Consulting and managing publications;
- Contributing and giving opinions to improve the Firm’s processes, procedures and policies;
- Supporting the accounting department in planning, storing accounting documents, tax declaration, lour contracts, social insurance…

- Accounting & Human Resources Recruitment Specialist at Saigon Mechanical and Electrical Construction Company Limited.
