Recently, the Judicial Academy has officially released a textbook entitled ” Skills of Legal Consultancy and Participation in out of court Dispute Settlement of Lawyers”. This syllabus will be used in the lawyer vocational training program of the Judicial Academy with the aim of bringing legal knowledge and skills to practice important legal advisory and presenting useful content needed when lawyers participate in resolving disputes outside the court.
In addition to the participation of book writers who are excellent experts in the law field, there are also the participation of lawyer Nguyen Huu Phuoc, lawyer Hoang Phuoc and lawyer Lac Thi Tu Duy who have made important contributions to this book i.e. Chapter 1 has the subject: Overview of legal Consultancy Practice of Lawyers.
Hopefully, this book not only provides sufficient legal knowledge for students in the lawyer’s training program but also is a useful reference that will accompany the readers who are studying the law look to buy and own this useful book in their research process.
