– Living together cannot last long;

– The purpose of marriage is not achieved.

Prepare the divorce application and send it to the People’s Court of the District where your spouse resides. Records include:

– Application for divorce (form);

– The original certificate of marriage registration;

– Copy of permanent and temporary residence of the plaintiff and defendant;

– Copy of Identity Card or passport of the plaintiff and defendant;

– Copy of birth certificate of children; and

– Documents proving assets: Certificate of land use right, house ownership, etc.
