• Advising on issues related to investment activities and corporate governance to ensure legal compliance, including foreign investment, corporate, commercial transactions, labour, and employment concerns;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests;
• Providing legal opinions and represents clients in negotiations and settlement to resolve conflicts arising during the implementation of contracts and transactions in different fields without going through legal proceedings; and
• Acting as a litigation attorney who advise and resolve disputes involving areas such as labour, stock transfer agreement, international trade/service contract, and civil in Courts.
