Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
Advising on and drafting procedural documents, as well as supporting the representation of clients in proceedings and matters before courts in various areas, including civil and land disputes, administrative claims relating to compensation, support and resettlement, family and matrimonial matters, claims for recovery of assets, and disputes concerning the determination of parent-child relationships;
Legal Drafting & Transactional Support:
Receiving and assessing client information, drafting and supporting the execution of civil transactions and legal documents as requested by clients, including criminal denunciations, loan agreements, deposit agreements, wills, and internal agreements;
Administrative Procedures:
Proactively liaising and working with competent state authorities, handling authorization procedures, and assisting clients with relevant administrative procedures.
