The Seminar of “Labour Discipline Settlement and Material Responsibility” in Vung Tau

The Seminar of “Labour Discipline Settlement and Material Responsibility” will be held on 27 December 2019 at Vung Tau City with the participation of two leading Vietnamese speakers in labour law practice i.e. Attorney Nguyen Huu Phuoc & Attorney Duong Tieng Thu.

The main topic of the seminar is related to recently concerned issues such as: (i) How to set up the Internal Labour Regulations to be in compliance with the Labour Code of Vietnam; (ii) disclosure of trade secrets of violated employees; (iii) the employer’s settlement manner and risk minimization. In fact, there are no detailed regulations was issued and this seminar will help HR staff of enterprises in general and all members in VNHR club in particular realize role of employee and employer in the current background. In addition, New highlighted points of the Labour code 2019 were passed in November 2019 by XIV Section of the National Assembly is also mentioned in this Seminar.
