Yen has been involved in providing various legal services to clients in various diverse areas, such as foreign investment, corporate, employment, contract, in particular:
- Advising and assisting clients in legal procedures related to foreign investment, corporate, mergers & acquisitions/ dissolution of the enterprise, establishment of representative offices of foreign traders, transfer of shares/capital contribution;
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing sale contracts, service contracts, share transfer contracts, etc, and other types of contracts/agreements suitable to actual transactions and clients’ needs;
- Advising on labour-related issues, compliance checks, and assisting clients in drafting and reviewing labour documents;
- Participating in litigation cases to protect clients’ rights and interests in court.
Work history and other professional activities
Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Yen was a Paralegal at Asean Law Firm LLC;
Yen has actively contributed specialised articles which were published in Saigon Economic Magazine, including (i) “Zero-hours contract” and legal issues, and (ii) Three notes when working simultaneously for many enterprises.
