Vo Tra Mi is a young and passionate law graduate, always eager to contribute to the development of the legal profession. With a deep passion for her work, Mi continuously hones her soft skills and enhances her professional knowledge, determined to achieve her career goals and provide the best support to the clients. 

Mi joined Phuoc & Partners in 2024.

Mi is responsible for cases related to labour and employment. She has participated in providing legal services to clients, such as: 

• Advising, drafting, and reviewing labour documents, including democrary regulations, internal labour regulations, staff handbooks, salary scales, and criteria for performance assessment. 
• Consulting on the restructuring process, the process for handling labour discipline, and the process for terminating employment contracts. 
• Applying for work permits, temporary residence cards, and visas for foreign employees in Vietnam, as well as advising on issues related to the implementation of employment contracts for foreign employees in Vietnam.
