Work Experience
Vinh primarily handles matters related to labor, employment, and corporate law. Vinh has been involved in providing legal services to clients, including:
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing legal matters for domestic and international clients in the fields of labor, employment, and corporate law;
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing various types of contracts across different sectors to ensure legal compliance and protect clients’ interests;
- Advising and preparing dossiers for legal procedures such as registration and amendment of Internal Labor Regulations, Democratic Regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Enterprise Registration Certificates, etc.
