Truc is in charge of cases related to labour and employment and enterprises for a variety of domestic and international companies. Truc has the opportunity to showcase her capabilities and assist clients in various cases, such as:

• Applying for work permits, temporary residence cards, visas for foreign employees to work in Vietnam and advising on matters related to the implementation of employment contracts of foreign employees in Vietnam;
• Reviewing labour contracts, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements and other corporate internal documents and internal policies to ensure the compliance with labour and employment law;
• Consulting on issues related to salaries, benefits and labour discipline for employees in both legal terms and practical application;
• Providing legal advice and supporting Clients in conducting the procedures for restructuring, entering into and termination of employment contract;
• Providing legal advice and supporting Clients in conducting the procedures for establishment and closure of companies, branches and representative offices;
• Reviewing commercial contracts;
• Obtaining and adjusting business licenses.

Other professional activity

Truc has actively contributed several specialised articles to the Saigon Times.
