Ngan is in charge of the practice areas of labour, employment and litigation. Ngan has the opportunity to showcase her capabilities and assist clients in various diverse areas, such as:

• Advising on issues related to labour, employment, salary, wage, social insurance, labour safety to ensure legal compliance;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts, internal of enterprise in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests;
• Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (tax, labour, dispute resolution, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and resolve issues for clients;
• Providing comprehensive advice for internal control activities of companies, such as drafting, reviewing internal labour regulations, democracy regulations, employment contract and other relevant documents;
• Litigating to protect client interests.
