Minh Nguyet is responsible for matters relating to corporate, labour, and licensing. Throughout her work, she has had the opportunity to learn, develop her skills, and assist clients in various matters, including:
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts and internal policies in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client benefits;
- Providing legal support in the establishment of enterprises and handling legal issues arising throughout their operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws;
- Advising on labor and employment matters, including drafting and reviewing internal labor regulations, employment contracts, internal compliance processes, salary and wage structures, social insurance, and dispute/complaint resolution in accordance with the law;
