Professional Experience
Giang has been involved in providing various legal services to clients in various diverse areas, such as foreign investment, corporate, employment, contract, licensing procedure in particular:
- Advising and assisting clients in legal procedures related to foreign investment, corporate, mergers & acquisitions/ dissolution of the enterprise, establishment of representative offices of foreign traders, transfer of shares/capital contribution;
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing sale contracts, service contracts, share transfer contracts, etc, and other types of contracts/agreements suitable to actual transactions and clients’ requirements;
- Providing comprehensive guidance on the usage of foreign labour, labour contracts, salaries and benefits, labour restructuring, personal data protection, discipline, and workplace safety issues;
- Advising and assisting foreign contractor clients in establishing a consortium of contractors, obtaining the Construction Operation Permit to implement a construction project, etc;
- Researching and assisting lawyers in arbitration proceedings before the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
Work Experience and Other Professional Activities
Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Giang was a Paralegal at KPMG Law Limited Branched in Hanoi for two years.
Giang is also the author of an article published in the Industry and Trade Journal in January 2023.
