Thành mainly undertakes tasks in the fields of corporate, investment, labour, and licensing. He has been involved in providing legal services to clients such as:
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing legal matters for domestic and international clients in various areas such as corporate, investment, labour, and commerce;
- Advising on, drafting, and reviewing various types of contracts across different sectors to ensure legal compliance and safeguard clients’ interests;
- Advising on and preparing dossiers for legal procedures such as amendments to Enterprise Registration Certificates, amendments to Investment Registration Certificates, registration of Internal Labour Regulations, dossiers for Personal Data Processing Impact Assessments, etc.
