Linh primarily handles matters in corporate, investment, licensing, and represents clients in disputes involving commercial, civil, marriage and family. She has been involved in providing various legal services to clients such as:

• Providing legal advice to domestic and foreign clients across various fields such as investment, corporate, and commercial matters;

• Advising on and drafting legal procedures for clients, such as company establishment, amendments to Enterprise Registration Certificates, adjustments to Investment Registration Certificates, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolutions;

• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect clients’ rights and interests;

• Representing clients in dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation in courts concerning commercial, civil, marriage and family law cases.
