• Providing comprehensive guidance on foreign labour utilization, employment contracts, compensation packages, labour restructuring, personal data protection, discipline, and workplace safety.
• Drafting and reviewing a spectrum of contracts and internal policies (such as internal labour regulations, democratic regulations, collective labour agreements, and bonus policies) to safeguard client interests and ensure legal compliance.
• Offering legal opinions across diverse areas such as commerce and civil, marriage and family law, tax law and dispute resolution.
