• Advising on labour and employment, commercial issues for businesses to ensure legal compliance;
• Advising, drafting, reviewing various contracts, internal policies in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect clients’ rights and interests;
• Providing legal advice in various areas (labour and employment, civil, commerce) to ensure legal compliance and resolve complexities for clients; and
• Assisting clients in negotiations, mediations to resolve disputes and help parties reach mutual agreements.
