Thai has experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He has participated in providing legal services to clients, such as:

• Advising and drafting documents for out-of-court settlements, including Letter of Demand, Mutual agreement resolving the dispute, and representing clients in related proceedings;

• Preparing and reviewing litigation documents such as Petitions, Statements, Affidavits, Explanation, reconciliation plans, and other trial documents;

• Analyzing case files, developing legal strategies, and assisting lawyers throughout the dispute resolution process.
