Expertise
Thi assists in legal matters relating to corporate and employment law, as well as licensing procedures. Through her work, Thi has gained experience in supporting both local and international clients in various legal matters, including:
- Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation and drafting of application dossiers for the amendment or issuance of Enterprise Registration Certificates and Investment Registration Certificates;
- Reviewing and drafting various contracts and other legal documents to ensure corporate activities are in compliance with applicable laws;
- Assisting in the preparation of legal advice on employment-related matters, including salary, employee disciplinary procedures, and corporate restructuring;
- Drafting and reviewing internal labour regulations, employment contracts, and other internal policies of enterprises;
- Assisting with legal procedures relating to foreign employees.
