Phuoc & Partners was delighted to welcome students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law to our Ho Chi Minh City office for a practical learning visit on 5 June 2026.
As part of the programme, the students had the opportunity to:
Learn about Phuoc & Partners, including the firm’s background and areas of practice;
Attend a sharing session on “The Rights and Obligations of Parties in Employment Relationships”, and explore practical legal scenarios relating to employees’ rights and obligations;
Engage in discussions with our lawyers and ask questions about the working environment and the skills required for a successful legal career.
Through an overview of relevant legal provisions and practical case studies, the programme provided students with valuable insights into the workplace and common legal issues arising in employment relationships.
