Ms. Giang has extensive experience in investment, corporate matters, and litigation. She has demonstrated her capabilities by assisting clients across a wide range of areas, including:
- Providing legal advice on company establishment, investment projects, and legal issues arising throughout business operations to ensure legal compliance;
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing various types of contracts across multiple sectors to ensure compliance and protect clients’ interests;
- Offering legal consultancy in diverse fields (insurance, commercial business, labor, dispute resolution, etc.), representing clients in court proceedings;
- Advising on labor-related matters within enterprises, including wages, working hours, termination of employment, drafting and reviewing internal labor regulations, employment contracts, and compliance procedures;
- Participating in litigation at courts or commercial arbitration to protect the legitimate rights and interests of clients in various areas such as insurance, labor, commercial business, land, family and marriage, and criminal law.
