Expertise
Huy is responsible for matters relating to corporate, labour and taxation. Throughout the time at the firm, Huy has had the opportunity to develop his skills and to assist clients on a variety of matters, including:
- Advising, reviewing and drafting legal documentation for domestic and international clients on corporate, investment and compliance issues;;
- Advising on labour and employment matters, including matters relating to employment, remuneration, social insurance and the drafting/review of internal labour regulations;
- Advising on tax and corporate finance compliance, including the handling of tax arrears, lending and payment issues, and measures to prevent and mitigate the risk of administrative sanctions for violations.
