Chi has experience in supporting clients across a wide range of dispute matters, both in and out of court, including:
- Advising clients and drafting documents for out-of-court settlements;
- Preparing and reviewing petitions, statements, affidavits, and other trial documents;
- Attending hearings/ trials as the client’s authorized representative and liaising with judges, clerks, arbitration tribunal, and enforcement agencies; and
- Analysing case files and assisting lawyers in developing litigation strategies.
