- Advising on, drafting, and reviewing various types of contracts across different sectors to ensure legal compliance and safeguard clients’ interests
- Advising on and preparing dossiers for legal procedures such as amendments to Enterprise Registration Certificates, amendments to Investment Registration Certificates, registration of Internal Labour Regulations, etc.
