- Advising on issues related to labour, employment, salary, wage, social insurance, and labour safety to ensure legal compliance;
- Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts, internal of the enterprise in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests;
- Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (tax, labour, dispute resolution, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and resolve issues for clients;
- Providing comprehensive advice for internal control activities of companies, such as drafting, reviewing internal labour regulations, democracy regulations, employment contract, and other relevant documents;
- Litigating to protect client interests.
