Le Dieu Quyen is a young, dynamic, and eager-to-learn individual with the ambition to contribute to the gradual development of the legal practice. With the future goal of becoming a Lawyer who brings excellent support to Clients, Quyen always strives to learn, improve legal knowledge, and practice professional skills to complete assigned tasks and provide the most comprehensive service to customers.

Quyen joined Phuoc & Partners in 2024.

Expertise

Quyen is in charge of the practice areas of investment, corporate, contracts, and licensing. Quyen has been involved in providing various legal services to clients, such as:

• Advising on issues related to investment activities to ensure legal compliance of the foreign investors in Vietnam;
• Advising on issues related to licences to ensure that clients’ conditional business activities comply with the law;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client benefits;
• Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (investment, corporate, commercial, land, intellectual property, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and resolve issues for clients.
