Nhung has been involved in providing various legal services to clients in labour and employment., such as:
- Conducting legal due diligence on labour and employment of the businesses to ensure their compliance with labour laws;
- Advising and drafting dossiers related to restructuring and negotiating for termination of labour contracts with employees according to the laws;
- Advising, drafting and reviewing labour documents such as Internal Labour Regulations, Collective Labour Agreements, Labour Contracts,… to ensure compliance with the labour laws;
- Regularly providing legal advice on labour legal issues arising during business operations to resolve issues for clients.

Nhung has actively contributed specialised articles which have been published in the Saigon Times.
