Thuy has much experience in various practice areas, including labour and employment, tax, marriage and family, commerce, litigation and dispute resolution. Thuy has the opportunity to showcase her capabilities and assist clients in various diverse areas, such as:

• Advising domestic and international companies and those affiliated with multinational corporations on labour and employment matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws;
• Providing comprehensive guidance on the usage of foreign labour, labour contracts, salaries and benefits, labour restructuring, personal data protection, discipline and workplace safety issues;
• Providing legal advice, drafting, and reviewing various types of contracts and internal policies (such as internal labour regulations, democracy regulations, collective labour agreements, bonus policies, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests;
• Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (commerce, marriage and family, tax, shipping and maritime law, intellectual property, dispute resolution);
• Assisting clients in negotiations, mediation and conciliation to resolve disputes amicably by mutual agreements;
• Representing clients in litigation at the competent dispute resolution authorities, including commercial arbitration bodies and courts at all levels.
