Trang is in charge of the practice areas of corporate, labour, contracts and licensing. Trang has been involved in providing various legal services to clients, such as:

• Advising on issues related to licences to ensure that clients’ conditional business activities comply with the law;
• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts, internal policies in multiple fields to ensure legal compliance and protect client benefits;
• Advising on labour issues within businesses: drafting and reviewing internal labour regulations, labour contracts, and internal compliance processes.
• Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (corporate, commercial, land, labour, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and resolve issues for clients.

Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Trang worked for various companies in different fields. Trang was:

• Legal Specialist at Greenfeed Corporation;
• Legal Executive at Ti Ki Corporation.
