Giang has been involved in providing legal services to clients in many legal practice areas, such as litigation, labour, corporate, contracts and intellectual property. During his working, Hoang Giang has had the opportunity to support clients in many diverse tasks, such as:

• Advising, drafting, and reviewing various contracts in multiple sectors to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests;
• Providing legal advice/legal opinion in various areas (labour, business, intellectual property, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and resolve issues for clients;
• Drafting dossiers, carrying out all procedures and processes of first instance and appellate litigation and judgment enforcement at People’s Courts at all levels in provinces and cities;
• Drafting documents, consulting on processes and procedures related to labour fields such as the process of promulgating Democracy Regulations, Internal Labour Regulations, restructuring, applying for work permits/temporary residence cards for foreigners, handling employee discipline, etc.
