During nearly 20 years working in academics on international trade, Dr. Anh Nguyet has served as legal consultant for enterprises and governments in WTO law cases, international construction projects, investment, sale of goods contracts, commercial and investment arbitration.

In addition, Dr. Anh Nguyet held a member of scientific council of Vietnam International Arbitration Center VIAC, the most prestigious arbitration center in Vietnam.

Dr. Anh Nguyet obtained her Doctoral degree (PhD) in International & Comparative law of Nagoya University (Japan) in 2001, Graduate School of Law, Master of Laws in International law of joint program between Lund university and Ho Chi Minh city University of Law in 2004 and a Bachelor of Law of HCMCUL in 2001. She also performed Research Fellow in many well-known universities such as American University (United States of America) as Fulbright scholars and Kobe University (Japan).

Before joining Phuoc & Associates, Dr. Anh Nguyet practiced in construction law in Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering (Japan) and WTO law in Van Bael & Bellis (Belgium). She co-operated with Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd and acted as Of Counsel. Dr. Anh Nguyet presented many speeches in many legal trainings and conferences in Vietnam, Japan and the USA about State owned enterprises, investment arbitration disputes, anti-dumping and TPP/CPTPP, EVFTA.
